Droppin’ the kids off at the pool

I finally got he call form Mac Genius Jason White on Friday to let me know that the replacement motherboard for my PowerBook was in. I swung by the Apple Store in GLendale Friday night and dropped it off. I was expecting to hear from Mac Genius Jason White on Saturady, but I never did.
I called in Sunday and spoke with Mac Genius Jason White and found out that they were too busy preparing for the upcoming release of Mac OS X Tiger to complete the repairs.
Mac Genius Jason White called me at work on Monday to let me know the repairs were done, and I could pick it.
All in all the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I only feel a little bit lied to, and only partially swindled out of $99+tax for ProCare. I was without my PowerBook for 1 day at the office, which is far better than 7-10. Oh well, all’s well that ends well. Or does it…?
